Thimphu
Arrive Paro by Druk Air flight. After lunch
drive to Thimphu. Walk through Thimph town in the
evening.

2 Thimphu
Sightseeing in Thimphu
valley for full day includes: Memorial Stupa, Textile
Museum, Folk Heritage Meseum, National Library, Arts
School, Traditional Medicine Institute, Tashichhodzong,
Nunnery, Traditional Handmade Paper Factory and
Handicrafts Emporium.

3 Thimphu - Punakha
Proceed in the morning to Punakha across Dochu La pass
(3,050 m) with stunning scenery of the Himalayan
ranges. Visit to Punakha Dzong in the afternoon.

4 Punakha - Wangdue - Trongsa
Morning
drive to Trongsa via Wangdue Phodrang and Pele La pass
(3,300 m). Visit Chendebji Chorten on the way.

5 Trongsa - Bumthang
Visit
Ta-Dzong (Watch Tower) and Trongsa Dzong. Proceed to
Bumthang across Yotong La pass (3,400 m). Afternoon
free or explore the picturesque valley of Bumthang.

6 Bumthang
Touring
in the scenery of Bumthang valley, visit Jakar Dzong,
Jambay Lhakhang, Kurje Monastery and Tamshing Lhakhang.

Proceed
to Gantey/Phobjikha via Trongsa. Evening free.

8 Gantey / Phobjikha - Wangdue

Visit
Gantey Monastery and drive to Thimphu via Wangdue
Phodrang.

9 Thimphu - Paro
Travel in
the morning to
Paro. Enroute visit Simtokha Dzong. After lunch visit
Kyichu Lhakhang, Ta-Dzong (National Museum), Rinpung
Dzong and Paro market.

10 BParo
Morning
drive to visit ruin of Drukgyel Dzong, the fortress of
the victorious Drukpas. On the way depending on the
weather, you can view the sacred Mountain Jhomolhari
the Goddness of the mountain.(7,314m). After
visit drive back to Satsam Chorten and then hike up to
view the Taktsang Monastery (Tiger's Nest) 10,000ft
above the sea level. Finish the day by visiting
typical Farm House to experience the daily life of
Bhutanese people.

Transfer to Paro airport for your departure flight
